Hi! Thanks for reporting. request-promise, ramda, and emitter20 are indeed the three dependencies of the lib. They are typically installed automatically by npm install. I am not sure why they are being loaded dynamically on the client-side in your case. Maybe that is how SystemJS works? I only have experience with Browserify.
I wish I could help more, but this issue is unrelated to mtgsdk itself. I ran the tests and confirmed they all run correctly, and mtgsdk can be included with a normal require statement. If you are using more advanced modules loaders, I recommend posting in the appropriate place of that library to get support using dependencies.
