[MOD] Enchantment Control about craft-to-exile-dissonance HOT 5 CLOSED

I have been experimenting with enchants and they do seem to give enough of a benefit. Having a smite v sword is a heck of a lot easier to kill the wither than not going through the effort of getting a smite v. As I am sure the other enchants would also be useful. You still need a weapon that does damage within an expected range, but that extra boost can be worth it. Plus next to zero usage for XP besides travel and it piles up quick, so no reason not to have an outlet for it.
