@lstearns86 What's the status of this? I thought you fixed this or at least looked into fixing it.

(Also, I can't remember what this issue is actually referring to--could you provide some screenshots to help me remember that describes the problem).

I haven't done anything to address this issue as of yet.

The problem is that the dynamic carousel width with a fixed height can frequently cause cropping problems, especially for large screen sizes. Here's an example:

We could fix this by using a fixed aspect ratio instead, so that we know how the banner images will look on all screens. We need to decide how to handle extreme resolutions, though--e.g., for very wide monitors should we have a maximum carousel width, adding blank space to the sides, or should we maintain the fixed aspect ratio but have the content fall down potentially past the bottom of the screen.
