In the iOS/macOS changelogs, each stable release section lists changes since the previous stable release, while each prerelease lists changes since the previous prerelease or stable release. (It matters because the latest changelog section is included on the cover page of the API reference.) It would be nice to consistently apply this same approach to the Android changelog.

@calvarez-ov thank you for the feedback. We have begun implementing this in the latest release and will continue to do so.
The CHANGELOG.md file will contain one entry per minor release, while git release descriptions will continue to only list changes in the release.
