Report for several or all Host Groups about zabbix-pdf-report HOT 3 OPEN

It is not super easy, but it should be doable. I need to think about the implementation a bit.

I don't as such have a solution to this yet, but I have updated the report to v1.2.0 with various minor fixes you may want to try out.

I'm currently using:

ObjectId=$(echo "$ZABBIX_VALUES" | egrep "\|${ObjectName}$" | cut -d "|" -f 1)

and looping ObjectName as needed. But maybe there's an easier way...
