Yeah it was removed after forking it is stated in the Readme
Refactoring and formatting are non-goals as they can be provided by clang-format, clang-include-fixer and other Clang based tools.

Oh alright, I guess i'll stick to using clang-format to formatting files instead of relying on lsp-mode

I added textDocument/{formatting,onTypeFormatting,rangeFormatting} in git HEAD, which caused your temporary breakage (sorry) #83
Not much code (src/messages/textDocument_formatting.cc, 200+ lines) and textDocument/onTypeFormatting can be potentially useful (though not supported in lsp-mode and eglot)
Not many differences if you use the LSP feature or external clang-format. Just stick with clang-format if it runs well.
textDocument/rangeFormatting -- lsp-format-region does not have an Evil integration yet.
