I can't confirm this in my fedora box.
Which distro are you using?
Does issue still exists?

I installed nautilus and the issue was resolved. I'm on Ubuntu 13.04.
To clarify, caja-dropbox launches Nautilus, never Caja. Both file managers are capable of working with Dropbox. Nemo, however, is not (Nemo is my first choice of file manager due to bugs in Caja I couldn't put up with).
