Hello I have mate in debian 10 and I have installed the extension open-in-terminal but i can use the extension only when I execute caja with sudo. In the configuration of the system appears the extension but when I look in the caja configuration it not appears.
Also when i open caja with sudo de option "open terminal from here" appears but when I open caja normally not happen.

Did you install from Debian's packages or is your install locally built? If the latter, look for a permissions problem, or possibly the extensions installed in something like /usr/sbin that is only in root's path and thus not accessable to a normal user.
