Breakage due to TF Upgrades about dlwithtf HOT 7 OPEN

There are indeed a few issues.
Before they get fixed, could you please mention which version of TF did you use to write the examples ?

Would be nice if you could point the versions you are using of numpy and other libraries.
Actually, best would be to provide a requirements.txt with exact versions you used for reproducibility.

I've been doing some preliminary testing, and I think all code should work with TF 1.6. I'll add a preliminary note to the README.
