Make demo work with firefox about recorderjs HOT 4 OPEN

also share some hacks in firefox to prevent g/c cut the recording:

For the g/c problem I just dropped the "var" declaration on the input in the startUserMedia function (making it global). I don't think that was intended to be locally scoped? Could be an issue in more than just firefox.
