Huh, that's strange. Guess that's what I get for running all my tests on single-page PDFs. I'll look into it, thanks for reporting! 👍

Hmm, I can't reproduce this against the current master. Signing a two-page file with --field '2/10,10,50,30/Sig1' puts the signature on the second page on my end, and the addfields command also seems to work as advertised.
I recently refactored the form field initialisation code though, which might have inadvertently fixed the issue you're seeing. I added a regression test for good measure (see 4581603).
I'll close this for now, but feel free to reopen it if you run into the same problem later (or if I misunderstood what you're asking).
