Created a test file that imports dose_world and initializes a world according to default initialization.
- All ecosystem dictionaries in each coordinate [x][y][z] seems to have a unique id address.
- All specific keys inside the dictionary (eg. 'organisms') for each eco_cell seems to share the same id address though. That is, assuming they remain untouched. This is because at the start, they get assigned the same reference, 0.
- Changing the value of one particular coordinate's 'organism' key does not affect all. The id address gets changed and does not in any way affect the other eco_cells.
- In conclusion, the ecosystem does not face the same issue as issue #14.
