Wonderful! Great to see that you're interested in working on this, I've just invited you to the team on Github so once you accept the invitation I'll be able to assign you the task
We don't really have any documentation on this at the moment, because all of our current documentation is using our old builder, but here are some resources that might be helpful:
https://contribute.mautic.org/contributing-to-mautic/tester#the-easy-way-using-gitpod this explains how you can spin up a Mautic instance so that you can play around with the landing pages, the link to make a instance with the current development version is this: https://gitpod.io/#https://github.com/mautic/mautic.
https://docs.mautic.org/en/components/landing-pages/managing-pages here is the current documentation on landing pages, it's pretty scarce really!
What I think we should include is:
- Overview of what the basic options mean when you create the landing page
- An explanation of the top three buttons on the right panel of the builder - the first one the paint brush allows you to configure setting, the second one shows the blocks, and the third one currently has a bug but it's supposed to apply the changes I believe!
- An explanation of the different blocks that are available in the builder itself and what they do
- any tips that there might be about working with the landing page builder
- perhaps some advice on creating your own theme, but that might be a separate article!
It might be worth making a post on the forums explaining that you're writing an article on this subject in case anyone has any useful resources that they might be able to share to help with this - for example they might have their own inhouse documentation which we might be able to use.
As a side thought, we could also potentially spin this out into a documentation article once it's written, cc @fakela @favour-chibueze .
