Bridging read receipts is working fine for me. Make sure you have ephemeral events enabled in both the appservice registration and bridge config

Hello,
an update to say that the issue is still present with versions 0.15.0 and 0.15.1.
v0.14.1 seems to be the last one that correctly updates fully_read status on Telegram rooms and chats.
