You really should be using 0.2.2, it includes an important security fix. 0.1.3 was never actually a tagged release anyway. I'm not sure how it ended up on PyPI but it shouldn't have been there in the first place.

Sometimes that's just the way it goes: I would strongly recommend staging deployments in the future to mitigate this kind of problem... There's all sorts of circumstances that can cause over-reliance on PyPI to break your application.

Retroactively tagged, amended, and uploaded 1025df9 as 0.1.3. It should go without saying that you should still use 0.2.x, considering the security implications.
