I confirm there are some problems with snapping after restore. In roadmap.

But you may
- attach your ConEmu.xml
- run
ConEmu -log, reproduce and attach LogFiles

Awesome, thanks @Maximus5, very excited the fix is in the roadmap.
BTW, ConEmu has changed my life by making it so much easier to work from the command line in Windows. Your work is appreciated!
