Nth Sense Binding about cal HOT 4 OPEN

I believe this was bound in commit 4548dac

The Nth Sense service is being binded (or bound?) to TrainingFragment.java This means that data is only being collected while the "Home" tab is open. In order for data to be collected across all tabs, I believe it needs to be binded somewhere else. It currently appears to be logging while screen off and while app is running in background, but only when the "Home" tab is the currently selected tab.

In relation to Kyles comment above me, @mbartling is this feature or needs fixing? (this being data logging only on Home screen)
