Yes, docs for the node module and browser interface would be good :)
The cli interface is more stable than the module functions or GUI, which is why i documented it first.
Up to now, I haven't put much thought into creating a nice API for people who want to use mapshaper as a module in their own projects. Definite room for improvement there. I hope you'll spend some time using it and report back with suggestions.
Also feel free to add a page to the wiki. I'll do my best to make sure the wiki doesn't get out of sync with the latest release.
