can not install mmcv about groundinglmm HOT 2 CLOSED

Okay I stuck on this for the entire morning and got this resolved.
I built it from pip install mmcv-full==1.4.7 -f https://download.openmmlab.com/mmcv/dist/cu117/torch1.13.1/index.html it finally works!
I downgraded the cuda version for the CUDA env from 12.3 to 11.7:
conda install cuda -c nvidia/label/cuda-11.7.1.
So I guess you also need to adjust your cuda version to 11.7. Also pip uninstall openxlab to prevent any errors from site-package.
