Sure! I don't use Docker (yet) so I don't know how to be useful, and I used Node because that's the tool I know how to use. The project itself it's very simple though, just a couple of scripts. I didn't know how to create an actual plugin, so I figured that by using manual scripts you can get all the automation you need — once set up it always run the same way, no intervention needed. Just the setup is annoying, with the token authorization be done.

I'm also fluent in Node with basically no knowledge of python. But I noticed Certbot is written in python so all the dependencies are already there. There is also a python plugin for OVH's API pip install ovh. I'll try to reverse ingeneer from the other certbot DNS plugin. I'm not planning on making the token authorization automatic.

@sauerj thanks, that's a great news ! That'll be something less to maintain :) I'll add a message to my repo about it's deprecation.

@sauerj thanks for reaching out. Glad that the project implemented its own plugin. I see that the plugins are not easily available with certbot yet with Linux distros, as soon as it's available I'm going to switch my servers to the builtin plugin.
