Analysis of dex aggregator options:
The three front-runners are 0x, Minima, and Swappa, but all have some major drawbacks.

+ Works on many chains
- Open source contracts, closed source service
- Flakiness with random errors
- Slow response times

+ Used by Ubeswap
- Created by NodeFinance, which isn't DEX focused anymore
- Closed source
- Sparse, incomplete documentation
Swappa: https://github.com/terminal-fi/swappa
+ Open source, trusted author (zviad, creator of Celo Terminal)
+ Flexible routes, hops, whitelists etc.
+ Used by some arbitrageurs on Celo
- May require us to (eventually) deploy + manage contracts
- Not well suited to client-side only (requires backend)
- Only passively maintained at this point
