996工作制是指早上9点上班、晚上9点下班，中午和傍晚休息1小时（或不到），总计工作10小时以上，并且一周工作6天的工作制度。这是违反《中华人民共和国劳动法》的延长法定工作时间的工作制度。2021年3月，针对“加班文化”，有媒体表示，现行《中华人民共和国劳动法》明确规定，劳动者每日的工作时间不能超过8小时，平均每周的工作时间不能超过44小时。不管是996，还是007，都是违法行为 [17] 。8月，最高人民法院与人力资源和社会保障部联合发布了超时加班典型案例，明确规定996工作制严重违反法律关于延长工作时间上限的规定，应认定为无效。所以： 不看僧面看佛面，为了这个项目，你们也不该执行996，965就行了。
