Hi.
I hope that you solved this problem already.
In my case, I followed the steps.
I think, regardless of you OS, you can solve problem.
My Environment
PC: M1 Macbook Air
OS: Monterey
- Install postgresql.
- Make
postgresqlaccount. (if already exist, you can ignore) - Make
postgresqlaccount to SUPERUSER. - Make
perfumetable.
