Provide please the Logs/WTRTI.log file, backup it right after the bug.

Please check the new version 2.2.2, and tell me if the issue is still there.

Seems like this bug only happens "organically". (I.e. my usual method of forcing this bug to occur doesn't work on 2.2.1)
So I can't compare the 2 versions to see if the issue is fixed in the newer one, but I will monitor the situation to see if I can discover the method to reproduce this bug artificially/forcefully and also to see if it happens with the latest release.
