Add Cluster as Release: Does not escape brackets in artist name about picard-plugins HOT 5 CLOSED

1. This is not the place for leaving bug reports - please use https://tickets.metabrainz.org/ and report this as a PICARD issue.

2. It is possible this occurs because the plugin is making an incorrect call - or at least as likely to be a server bug rather than one with Add Release as Cluster plugin. I assume that this is a repeatable error? Also I assume that this was displayed in your browser rather than in Picard?

It seems that you didn't select an artist for [Doom]Paleraider in the artist credit editor.

The fact that it threw an error while trying to display that error is a server issue. Please create a ticket for MBS (not PICARD) on https://tickets.metabrainz.org/.

The error was on the MB page that received the data from Picard. I had to end up adding everything by hand. This is not a MB error, it quite clearly said that the data received by MB was not escaped properly.

Um, I understand the error message quite well, and that's not what it's "clearly" saying at all. The error was triggered when you submitted the form without selecting an artist. I can very easily reproduce this without going through Picard at all.
