I'm Matteo Franzil, from Sassari, Italy and based in Trento, Italy.

At the moment, I am working as a Researcher for Fondazione Bruno Kessler, within the Robust and Secure Distributed Computing unit (RiSING), Center for Cybersecurity. I perform research on containerization, cloud computing, distributed systems, network protocols and algorithms.

In the past, I received my Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Computer Science from the University of Trento. There, I additionally had teaching assistantship duties for the Probability (A.Y. 2022-2023) and Programming 1 (A.Y. 2023-2024) courses. I also have been a guest lecturer for the Fog and Cloud Computing course.
