Added the ability to build targeting a specific security key API version; setting that to v7 for use with OpenSSH 8.4 works with no problems to SSH into a machine running a recent OpenBSD snapshot.
Still need to add support in the apt packaging for automatically switching between windows-fido-bridge binaries compiled for v5 and v7 based on what version of OpenSSH you have installed for use with apt.mgbowen.dev. Also need to add instructions on how to target OpenSSH 8.4 in the README.

Added details to the README about how to compile master with support for sk-api v7 (used by OpenSSH 8.4). Final step is to create a new release with artifacts for v5 and v7.
