Hi, I'm Michael Gathara

  • I'm currently working on PL/HPC research under HARP Lab and Cardiology research under the Cardiology Department at the UAB Heersink School of Medicine. However, I am also interested in Medicine, AI, and HCI research. You can find my publications here

  • I'm working towards my Master's Thesis exploring GPU programming with various projects in Programming Languages and ML based AI

  • I'll be interning at Apple for Summer of 2024 on the GPU Software Platforms Team

  • I acquired my BSc in Computer Science from The University of Alabama at Birmingham on December, 2023
