I do like this and totally agree with the problem of pairing of people who play the same spot.
I see two problems:
- same as #21, it starts to dictate how people play. We play similar to walmartlabs (best of 3, switching positions each game)
- does position preference outweigh ranking? (If you have the top person and the bottom person preferring the same position, does it split them up?)
One thing I could see helping is adding a position to !in? So !in offense, but that would really only make sense for times when all players are the same rank or similar.

- Add ability to get your win-loss record vs. another player.
- Sort team wins and losses
- Allow multiple people on !in
- Post periodic reminder when game waiting for additional players HOT 3
- When teams are announced, show which team is favored HOT 2
- Allow users to post their available time windows, and randomly organize a game when at least 4 players are all available HOT 1
- When rankings are shown, give the same ranking to players who have the same weighted win ratio
