Hello @pelizza, I have a similar experience. But my experience is that SDK.Resize does not even change the dialog's width, only height. This issue reports this also: microsoft/azure-devops-extension-sdk#18

No, I have not. No answer from MS. In my opinion Azure DevOps is completely unsupported.
My solution was completely left the custom dialogs of this type.
I am using CustomDialog component from SDK and this is a good component. But cannot use it as a replacement for the case above.

I dont know why but i am opening popup in workitem OnSaved event with explict call for opencustomdialog its working. but for SDK modal is not coming. in HTML i see iframe i populated with html but modal didnt appear.

SDK dialog cannot be called from all contexts. Basically, you can call from another React view. You cannot call it an entry point of the extension.
