This error is terribly blocking my work. I tried with different outlook subscriptions, and with different eclipse versions but something seriously wrong at the Azure side. The pop-up opens and able to enter the username, and followed by password, and it returns back the to the eclipse where it pop-up this error.
Please kindly help as last 2 days its seriously affecting my work.

Sorry to hear this. We have been investigating this and have not been able to reproduce this issue yet on the tooling side. For some reason we do not yet understand, there seems to be something about your and some other users' logins that triggers this behavior, but we do not yet know what it is, as we have not yet figure out how to get it to happen on our side. The root cause of the issue is that Active Directory endpoint changed protocol and the plugin is unable to get subscription list. Eclipse error message is misleading.

based on Vlad's findings, it looks like we're able to reproduce this issue now with MSDN subcriptions specficially. Interestingly, we had tested MSDN subscriptions before with no issues, so the AD auth behavior change may have been more recent.
We believe we have found a way to fix this issue on the plugin side. We're looking into releasing an update to the existing plugin over the next few days.

Hi Martin, facing another issue since yesterday while trying to upload the webapp to the Azure AppService (with a corporate subscription) as below, it says "java.net.UnknownHostException: waws-prod-am2-107.ftp.azurewebsites.windows.net", please kindly check on this as well.

We have now published an update to the Eclipse plugin which should resolve the MSDN login issue based on our tests. If you still have challenges with MSDN accounts after updating the plugin, pls let us know in this GitHub issue.

(@viswax2000 - can you pls log your latest WebApp issue separately? This is not related to the MSDN authentication problem. thanks)

Hi Martin, this issue "Message from Azure: Index: 0, Size: 0" looks resolved after updating the Azure Plugin. Also the above issue "Unable to connect to the FTP Server" is resolved after mailing [email protected] and they seems to have made up the FTP Server. Thanks for following up and arranging a fix for this issue.
