DirectLine not responding to client about botbuilder-v3 HOT 7 CLOSED

It was not a how to. I had some bots working for months and they suddenly stopped. Magically, next day they started working again.
Lessons learned, it is too dangerous to rely on one API and uncertain support.

I'm sorry you've run into this issue. I notice that the time you posted this corresponded with the enforcement of TLS 1.2 https://blog.botframework.com/2018/11/06/announcement-azure-bot-service-enforcing-transport-layer-security-tls-1-2/ Could your issue have potentially been related to this?

I'l take a on TLS1.2 info.
Regarding the datacenter, it seems that the problem occurred on the websocket connection. Is there any action item I was supposed to do ?

@10p30pl3 No, I don't believe there are any action items if you are not experiencing issues anymore.

I've also been told there were some transient issues with some Direct Line bots earlier this week, related to a service deployment. Your issue may have been due to that.
