Hi @paolamvhz
We have an issue where the UI is showing the ngrok domain on the card, so when you are running the solution locally, you will not be able to play the stream through the URL shown (the ngrok URL). You have to replace the domain with 'localhost' or '127.0.0.1' to play the stream.
For example, in the URL you have pasted, the result would be
rtmp://127.0.0.1:1940/extraction/VJ590ryt0WrdZvxSTXvg?callId=0c9db8e5-2435-4cc1-9333-da833f41749c
Another thing to consider is that using pull mode with the solution running locally, you will only be able to play the stream with VLC. If you want to play with another platform you need to configure the extraction as push mode and enter the URL provided by the platform.
