@KevinLaMS did you click the DevBox option? Those bits aren't in the azure extension so there is no adaptive card to send back. But I'd consider it a bug that the error message from the actual extension doesn't show up next to that our bolded text and the progress ring shouldn't appear in these cases either. So, I'll keep this up.
