Blank screen on Edge as of release 0.9, dev server 3.9.1 about fluidframework HOT 7 CLOSED

This is my first time writing up a Prague issue, so please let me know if I've missed any useful information or steps :-)

Seems like a missed polyfill. Works fine in some chaincode, but not others, so probably the issue is in aqueduct.

I'm from the Microsoft Whiteboard team and we're very interested in a fix for this before Ignite. The reason for that is that we'd like to demo Fluid components in XAML WebViews, which are based on Chakra for a good while longer. So thanks for looking into this!

The fix should be in version 0.10
