[Scenario] Text Classification Examples about nlp-recipes HOT 4 CLOSED

@saidbleik I was thinking of starting an explainable text classification notebook. It would cover comparing word vectors, visualizing them with t-SNE, and using a less performant but explainable model and showcasing how to explore the explanation/model.

Considering HAN since a few team members are familiar with it.
It will focus on explanation but since the task would be classification(it would not be competitive with BERT performance wise) I am asking here.

Do you think that would be a good example notebook for me to start as a separate issue? @nikhilrj @miguelgfierro

Of course, that would be a nice example under the TC scenarios. @awaemmanuel is planning to work on a fastText example and the MAIDAP team has done some nice work around embeddings, in case you want to use their module (see #47 - under scenarios and under utils).

Have a general notebook for text classification that show how to use English+other languages (in English)

Then link to a notebook in Hindi or Chinese doing text classification in those languages (written in hindi and chinese) -> INVESTIGATE THIS @miguelgfierro to follow up
