The whole feature needs clarification. The AI portion should be completely separate and off by default.

For clarification: This feature provides AI and non-AI based features. The AI based feature defaults to of by design because you have to enter an api key first.

I also know it is "local." I still don't think this should be an opt-out. This should really be off by default.

In my opinion, this feature contains more things than just an AI. It also contains things from the former feature Plain Text. If you don't choose the Enable in the Paste with AI, the AI feature will not work. Other feature, like pasting as plain text, markdown & json needs no AI.
