Azure Pipeline CI failed to build about testbase HOT 1 OPEN

Please follow below steps to resolve this issue.

Manually add mini-css-extract-plugin and configure the project for it.

Add mini-css-extract-plugin as a development dependency.
Add a vue.config.js file with the following content:
// vue.config.js
const MiniCssExtractPlugin = require("mini-css-extract-plugin");

module.exports = {
configureWebpack: {
plugins: [new MiniCssExtractPlugin()],
}
};

Workaround: extract the attached zip file, you will get two files and add them to folder 'testbase\Sample-App-Src\Calculator'
files.zip

from testbase.
