I don't know if there's an existing issue which covers this, but the title is a bit... vague? Could you edit it so that it doesn't read like "please add a --nuhUh or --justStopIt compiler option"

@fatcerberus I really was hoping it was a request to emit an error for every line of code, under the well-known principle that code is where the bugs live. It would help TS achieve the oft-requested goal of a 100% fully sound type system, without letting a single unsafe line of code slip by. --disallow or maybe --strictest or something?
