I've never seen it. How much free space does it report? Or maybe it's the file name?

Weird, it reports the drive as having 3.37 MB available. I tried a file with a shorter filename ("c.uf2") and I get the same warning.

From work with ARMs' daplink, this message can appear incorrectly when there is actually an error with the USB transaction, for example not responding to a particular packet.
The version we're using here in Lancaster, ejects too quickly and Win 10 complains a lot of the time. This could perhaps be a symptom of the same problem.
Richard, is this the case with all files you try to flash to the device?
It may be worth running wiresharks' USB pcap
(https://wiki.wireshark.org/CaptureSetup/USB) to capture the transaction.

Yes, I almost always get this from a command line copy op:
