Didn't "use-integrated-auth": true worked for you ?

Thanks @nikpelgr this worked for me & proceed further,
But getting "unable to read the migration query"
Tried with Shared as well as My Query with no luck.

I have the exact same problem. I can connect by using integrated auth to our http TFS instance. But everything I try connecting to the query gives the root error: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Services.WebApi.VssResourceNotFoundException: API resource location a67d190c-c41f-424b-814d-0e906f659301 is not registered on http://(server):8080/tfs.
I've tried numerous combinations of query project paths beating my head on this.
If anyone has any idea how to proceed it would be greatly appreciated!

@jeffolsonatnfm The problem is because you have a / in your project name. Are you typing in the project + team name? / is not a supported character in a project.
