@vatsan-madhavan Looks like this one cannot be closed. LocBaml still targets .NET 472.
I looked at the code. It uses System.Reflection.Emit.AssemblyBuilder to save a dynamically created assembly that has the specific resources attached. But that functionality to save an assembly and to add resources to it is not available in .NET Core.
Looks like this is related to: https://github.com/dotnet/corefx/issues/4491

From what I read, it looks like the Reflection.Emit part won't make it into .NET Core 3.0.
So, I guess a rewrite of this tool using Roslyn instead of Reflection.Emit to generate the assemblies is needed
