Intégration des commande vLAN about jeedom-librenms HOT 5 OPEN

il y a un conflict entre les commandes Vlan et ARP qui contiennet tous les 2 le champ nom.
lorsqu'on coche les 2 case, on a un message d'erreur de conflict
