Correct. This scanner isn't 'done' yet and the shell script generation isn't there yet. It's not complete. I created an issue so that's more obvious to people. I'll add a note in the readme as well.
You can see how the processing is working if you use the '-d' and '-v' options.
For example, if you go to the 'root' JCL2SH directory and then enter:
jcl2sh -d -i=testsrc/cntl.jcl

You will get an output similar to:
