Port to Dart Language about bignumber.js HOT 2 CLOSED

I have no plans to translate the library to the Dart language, but you or anybody else are welcome to do so.

I notice that Dart has arbitrary precision integers built in, so implementation should be simpler and performance better.

You or others might find it useful.

In order to expose the config() function to Dart I've had to add:
P['config']=BigNumber['config'];
after the config function in bignumber.js!

Try as I might I could not get it to function otherwise.
