suggestion: add equivalent of ivy-partial-or-done about vertico HOT 1 CLOSED

It should be pretty easy to convert this command to Vertico.

• selectrum-get-current-input -> minibuffer-contents
• length of selectrum-get-current-candidates -> vertico--total
• selectrum-insert-current-candidate -> vertico-insert
• selectrum-select-current-candidate -> vertico-exit

I am not interested in adding functionality to Vertico. I consider it mostly feature complete - so there must be a strong argument why something should be added here. Additional enhancements can be provided by external packages. In particular small commands like this one, which depend on user preference can easily be maintained individually in your user config. You can also use Selectrum if you are interested in more UI features.
