Started this. Local player needs more info (name and battle points). This will need to be hooked up with redux at some point too.

Waiting on design.
@skills4u2envy design needs to include your you and your party.
- Local player will have their name and "Battle points" (currency).
- Need to know who leader is
- Need to show ready state
