I looked into doing this early on in the development process. I did not implement it because I wanted to write a simple app with a cell-based table view. In a cell-based table view, all the rows must be the same height, and there is no easy, obvious way to wrap the text and adjust the row height to the height of the text.

I am not ready to convert the app to using a view-based table view. I think it would require a substantial rewrite, and probably wouldn't benefit most of the todo.txt users that I am targeting.

With all due respect to you, I do not plan to add this feature, though I will keep it in mind if I do a substantial version upgrade in the future.
