This R script takes the SQLite from the Cyclemeter iPhone app and saves a GPX file of every track in the database. The Cyclemeter app itself can only export one GPX at a time which doesn't work well when you've got hundreds or thousands of stored tracks.

iNaturalist.org is a great place to post nature observations. Its photo upload tool imports all the tags in photos, unless you manually edit them out during upload. That is tedious when bulk uploading lots of photos with inappropriate tags. To save time, this bash script strips all the tags from my photos except my iNaturalist tags.
