pop_eegfiltnew
is now checked for correctly but using persistent variable causes occasional problems - when one uses eeg_path('rem')
to remove eeglab paths and runs eegfiltnew checker then - the persistent variable is fooling recoverEEG
from eegdb.
Persistency has been removed some time ago.
